My name is Alexis and anyone that knows me will tell you i am a great person to know. i am 17 years old and attend Thurgood Marshall Academy on W. 135th street and 7th avenue. i grew up on the east side on 128th street and Lexington avenue i grew up there my whole life, most of my family is from there as well and grew up there too.To me family and my self is my first priority.

   I put my family first because thats what i was taught since i was little that family always comes first because family is the ones that going to pick you back up when your down and always going to be there when you have nobody. this was taught to me by my Nana which is my great grandmother who passed away and also by my grandmother which is my Nana daughter, who i live with today. These two phenomenal women are the two most important people to me, even though my Nana not here with me today everything i do today i do for her and my grandmother because they mean so much to me and all  i want to make them happy even though i slip up sometimes i just want to make them happy and one day i just want to get my grandmother and my brothers and sister out the ghetto.
